PERFORMANCE MARKETING SPECIALIST

BETBY is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own our global B2B acquisition funnel. You will lead multi-channel paid campaigns (Google & LinkedIn Ads) to drive high-quality MQLs and SQLs while optimizing ROAS and CAC.

• Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns primarily across search, and social platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Drive acquisition of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
• Optimize end-to-end conversion funnels, including landing pages, forms, and lead nurturing workflows
• Manage campaign budgets and continuously improve ROAS and cost efficiency
• Partner closely with sales teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline contribution
• Design and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance and reduce CAC
• Implement and analyze attribution models (first-touch, multi-touch) to inform decision-making
• Ongoing maintenance and performance optimization of BETBY’s website, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, SEO best practices, and conversion goals

Paid Media & Acquisition

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
• Programmatic advertising and DSP platforms
• Retargeting strategies and advanced audience segmentation

Data & Analytics

• Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4)
• Funnel performance analysis and campaign reporting
• Data-driven optimization and performance tracking

Marketing Automation & CRM

• Lead scoring models and lifecycle management
• Design and execution of email marketing automation workflows

B2B Growth Strategies

• Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution
• Use of location intelligence and audience enrichment tools

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and optimize high-converting landing pages
• Plan and execute structured A/B testing programs
• Strong foundation in CRO principles, including data analysis, user behavior, and UX
