We're expanding our Product team and looking for a Business Analyst who will own requirements quality within a dedicated product area from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you won't be making product or technical decisions — those sit with the Product Manager and Tech Lead. What you will own is everything in between: making sure the right conversations happen, the outcomes are captured precisely, and development teams have everything they need to start building without blockers. You'll also be the person who translates what shipped into clear internal communication — release notes and product briefs that keep the wider company informed and aligned.

• Working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Tech Leads to gather, structure, and validate requirements for upcoming sprints
• Owning the Definition of Ready — assessing whether epics and stories are complete and unambiguous before grooming with engineering teams
• Creating and maintaining Jira epics, stories, and PRD pages ensuring full scope coverage with no gaps that surface during implementation
• Writing and formatting internal release notes drafts and product brief documents that accompany each release
• Maintaining AI agents and knowledge assets within your Value Stream scope: glossary, reference lists, auxiliary documentation

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Writer, Client Success or Product Operations specialist — or a combination of these
• Strong written English; you write clearly, structure information logically, and adjust your style to the audience
• Hands-on Jira experience: creating and maintaining epics, stories, and tasks in an active development environment
• Ability to spot gaps in requirements and push for clarity before work begins, not after
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving, distributed team
• Experience in fintech, betting, gaming, or another complex B2B product domain is a plus
