MARKETING MANAGER

• Support the Head of Marketing in ensuring that all marketing activities are cohesive, consistent, and aligned with BETBY’s overall vision and objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, ensuring the timely and effective execution of campaigns, initiatives, and projects.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and company-wide initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable marketing plans in close coordination with the Head of Marketing.
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, branding strategies, and promotional initiatives that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand positioning.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop engaging, on-brand marketing materials that effectively communicate key messages.
• Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with BETBY’s brand standards.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing, creative, and other internal teams to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Review and edit marketing content and materials to ensure brand consistency, audience relevance, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
• Manage marketing project budgets effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within financial parameters, and to the highest quality standards.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, from concept to delivery.
• Proven track record in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong creative acumen with the ability to generate innovative ideas that drive brand engagement and campaign success.
• Excellent project management skills, ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Experience in leading and inspiring teams, with a focus on collaboration, accountability, and performance.
• Highly proficient in digital and social media.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on management of daily marketing operations.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience in a B2B environment, particularly within the tech, fin-tech or iGaming sectors, is a strong advantage.
