CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

AGCSOFT is looking for experienced operational leader with a track record of transforming business strategy into actionable results. Our main goal is to find a person who is able to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and lead us into our next phase of growth. As the COO, you will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives. You’ll oversee and enhance our operational framework, ensuring efficient processes across departments, maximizing resources, and driving continuous improvement to position us as a leader in the industry.

Gross Salary: up to 7230 EUR

• 5+ years of experience in senior operations roles, with proven expertise in implementing effective operational frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and optimizing processes in high-growth or complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in data-driven decision-making, utilizing metrics to manage and improve performance.
• Experience leading organizational change, from implementing new processes to adapting team structures, ensuring smooth transitions and sustained improvements.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, financial planning, and operational expenses, with an ability to balance cost management and growth.

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to align with the company’s goals, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor operations teams to foster a performance-oriented culture, building internal capabilities through effective training, talent management, and succession planning.
• Work closely with various departments like HR, Development, Product, to create cohesive operational plans that support and drive business success.
• Identify and improve key processes across the company, applying best practices and lean methodologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
• Proactively address operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity and resilience in changing market conditions.
