SHORT DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a People Partner who combines strategic HR thinking with hands-on operational execution. In this hybrid role, you’ll support employees, manage core HR processes, and contribute to an engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.You’ll be both a trusted advisor to the business and the go-to person for day-to-day HR needs — perfect for someone who enjoys working across the full HR spectrum in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, supporting team structure, engagement, and performance
  • Coach managers on feedback, development, and people-related decisions
  • Help resolve employee relations matters fairly and consistently
  • Support organizational change initiatives and team transitions 

HR Operations & Generalist Tasks

  • Manage key HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, probation, coordinate with Finance, Legal to ensure full compliance
  • Ensure employee data in HRIS is accurate and up to date 

Performance & Development

  • Coordinate and support performance review cycles
  • Help develop and implement individual development plans and learning programs
  • Track probationary and promotion reviews 

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Organize engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and team events
  • Support internal communication and feedback channels (e.g., surveys, 1:1s, all-hands)
  • Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring our values show up in the employee journey

 Data & Insights

  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism)
  • Identify trends and propose practical, data-driven solutions



REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist or people partner capacity
  • Strong knowledge of core HR processes and local employment laws
  • Ability to coach and build trusted relationships with both employees and leaders
  • Comfortable handling both strategic topics and operational tasks
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented — can manage multiple processes at once
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Experience with HRIS tools and working in an international environment is a plus
