SHORT DESCRIPTION

The Client Success Manager will play a pivotal role in driving strategic client engagement, aligning commercial and product functions, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success. This role is ideal for a proactive, client-facing professional with a passion for both strategy and technical enablement. You'll lead structured client engagements, empower internal teams, and help optimize the full customer lifecycle from pre-integration to account growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement & Success

  • Lead strategic client engagements (e.g., QBRs, product updates, performance reviews).
  • Serve as a hybrid Account Manager & Success Manager for high-value clients.
  • Proactively manage client health metrics to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as a product expert to ensure clients realize full value from our solutions.
  • Support promotional strategy and campaign planning to increase revenue and player engagement.
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with Sales on onboarding and account expansion.
  • Lead conversations on risk management (e.g., betting limits, margin optimization).

Product Enablement & Integration

  • Guide clients through pre-integration and onboarding, reducing technical friction.
  • Develop client-facing resources (playbooks, guides, best practices).
  • Provide technical enablement and support to internal teams and clients.
  • Join client calls as the product expert and manage product-related escalations.

Strategy & Process Optimization

  • Standardize onboarding, support, and escalation processes.
  • Define and promote best practices across client-facing teams.
  • Deliver internal and external training on product and process topics.
  • Maintain knowledge bases, SOPs, and FAQs to drive consistency and scalability.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve team workflows and effectiveness.




REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle, SaaS integrations, or technical onboarding preferred.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for clients.
  • Highly organized with a passion for process improvement and strategic thinking.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive client outcomes.
  • Comfortable with metrics-based decision-making (e.g., usage data, revenue tracking, churn indicators).
