Position Title and Summary

Senior Consultant: 

A Senior Consultant brings extensive technical expertise and knowledge to a project, designing  deliverables and solutions tailored to client needs. They ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage deliverables, and mentor the consulting team. Senior Consultants are central to developing governance structures and actionable roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide expertise in engagements focused on enterprise transformation, strategy alignment, or operational efficiency. 
  • Develop and refine frameworks for modelling, optimisation, and governance. 
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. 
  • Oversee the quality and delivery of workstreams or smaller projects. 
  • Provide mentorship and advanced guidance to junior and intermediate consultants. 
  • Deliver internal projects, including business development and process improvement initiatives. 


Reporting Structure

Reports To: Lead Consultant or Principal Consultant 

Direct Reports: Junior and Intermediate Consultants (mentorship capacity) 

Team Structure: Works collaboratively within project teams comprising senior  and lead consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders.

  • Advanced understanding of industry-related frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate, BPMN).

  • Experience with modelling tools. 

 Soft Skills: 

  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. 
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines. 

Personality Traits: 

  • Strategic and forward-thinking. 
  • Detail-oriented and methodical. 


Education and Qualifications

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 

Role-Specific Qualifications: Certifications in enterprise architecture, process management and other IT fields are preferred.


Experience Requirements

Minimum Experience: 5+ years in consulting or a related field. 

Role-Specific Experience: Proven track record in delivering large projects


Tools, Systems, and Programmes

Advanced proficiency with modelling and diagramming tools. 

Training and Development

General Training: Exposure to Knotion Consulting’s methodologies and tools. 

Role-Specific Training: Advanced training in enterprise transformation and governance structures


Performance Metrics and KPIs

The balanced scorecard serves as the cornerstone of position-based performance management, providing a clear, measurable framework. It is established at the start of each year to outline key metrics and expectations for every role. 

 

Throughout the year, 360-degree feedback and 1-on-1 sessions are conducted to ensure a dynamic and adaptive approach to performance management. These touchpoints allow for regular updates based on individual progress, evolving interests, personal development needs, and the strategic direction of the company. Special Requirements

Travel may be required based on client projects.

Market-competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
