Role & Responsibilities

Within the WPP Unite structure Barrows is seeking a dynamic Associate Studio Operations who is passionate about delivering operational excellence. The operations team plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of shopper marketing campaigns and studio operations. They are responsible for coordinating logistics, managing timelines, and optimizing workflows to ensure that shopper executions are delivered on time and within budget. This team collaborates closely with creative, strategy, and client services teams to align resources and streamline processes, enhancing the overall efficiency of project delivery. Additionally, they oversee studio operations, ensuring that all necessary tools and environments are in place for creative teams to thrive. The team not only supports the execution of effective marketing strategies but also fosters an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration.


In addition to bringing a killer attitude and energy, this individual must be able to:


  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Studio Operations team, assisting with the coordination of internal resources and project workflows.
  • Help track project timelines, resource usage, and overall operational efficiency, ensuring all processes are documented and running smoothly.
  • Assist in the management of the offshore team responsible for processing invoices and purchase orders, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of project status, resource utilization, and operational performance, helping to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in optimizing workflows and enhancing communication between departments.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting operational issues, working with the Manager to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by assisting in the development of more efficient operational systems and tools.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in operations support or a related administrative role, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assist in coordinating resources and teams.
  • Experience working with financial processes such as invoicing and purchase orders is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work in the office 3 days a week.



Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $70,000*

*exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
