This role is pivotal in managing retailer coordination, ensuring successful project execution, and optimizing support operations for in-store ticketing solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a hands-on approach to operations while driving scalability and efficiency across multiple retail environments.

Responsibilities

Support Prototyping and Production:

  • Coordinate the production of physical media units, ensuring quality and alignment with design specifications.
  • Work with suppliers and manufacturers throughout the process to meet production timelines and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Maintain detailed records of production schedules, costs, and quality assessments.

Installation Management:

  • Plan and oversee the deployment of in-store media units across multiple retail locations in line with program deliverables.
  • Collaborate with contractors and installation teams to ensure installations are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any on-site operational challenges during deployment.
  • Support teams outside of office hours as and when required, given the nature of retailer operating hours and access requirements.

Retailer and Store Coordination:

  • Act as the primary operational contact for specific retail locations, coordinating schedules and requirements for installations, support and maintenance.
  • Ensure installations comply with retailer policies and guidelines.
  • Address and resolve operational issues raised by retailers.

Project Management:

  • Assist in managing multiple projects simultaneously, tracking progress against timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Use project management tools to monitor tasks, identify risks, and report updates to the Head of Operations.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Support Operations for In-Store Ticketing:

  • Oversee the operational aspects of in-store ticketing systems, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Work with the technical support team to resolve system issues and ensure smooth operation.
  • Provide feedback to improve system performance and retailer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and logistics, to support operational goals.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Provide guidance and training to installation teams as needed.

Process Improvement and Compliance:

  • Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, technical, and retailer-specific standards across all projects.
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Jira.
  • Basic knowledge of digital signage or ticketing technologies and integrations

Key Attributes:

  • Hands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
