We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to play a pivotal role in the successful execution of key contracts across South Lanarkshire. In this dynamic position, you will be the vital link between our project team, tenants, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. Your responsibilities will span from scheduling appointments and managing project documentation to liaising with building leads and supporting the team in daily operations.

Key Tasks

  • Arranging meetings with building managers to form relationships.
  • Making appointments for sub-contractors works.
  • Reporting and updating schedules of appointments.
  • Supporting team with schedules and updates.
  • Issuing information to the client and sub-contractors.
  • Help with orders and deliveries.
  • Minuting weekly meetings with the client.
  • Uploading information to Viewpoint.
  • Support the team with day to day running of site.
  • Liaising with sub-contractors for access.
  • Support with project reporting and collating information.


About You

  • Demonstrable experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Hands-on experience working on live sites.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of heating systems is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player.
