As a Customer Engagement Officer at Cenergist, you'll be at the forefront of helping households reduce water consumption and lower their bills. This is a hands on, field based role where you'll engage directly with residents, conducting home assessments, identifying water-saving opportunities, and advising on tailored solutions. Your work will play a vital part in our mission to improve over 20,000 homes each year, ensuring a more sustainable future.

At Cenergist, we provide water efficiency solutions for the domestic, commercial, and agritech sectors. Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow’ water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels.

Your Day-to-Day will include

  • Conducting home assessments to identify water-saving opportunities.
  • Advising customers on tailored solutions to improve water efficiency.
  • Taking water meter readings, flow rate measurements, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Scheduling and managing installations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintaining detailed records on our job management and CRM systems.
  • Working towards daily and weekly project appointment targets.


What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who:


  • Has at least one year of canvassing experience and a solid customer service background.
  • Is confident, approachable, and thrives in customer-facing roles.
  • Holds a full, valid driving licence and has access to a vehicle with business insurance.
  • Is passionate about sustainability and eager to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to excellence.
