SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT SPECIALIST

Hi, this is me, the PR Manager of Sun Finance. I brought the HR team some coffee and took over this job posting because I really need to find my best work buddy—my work pal, work bro, you name it. In simple terms, I’m looking for a colleague!

3. In-person collaboration is crucial—we’ll need to see you around 90% of the time.

1. Manage and create content for two fintech brands’ social media accounts (up to 4 posts per month each).
2. Be the main point of contact for social media agencies for creating static and video content for our charity project.
3. Be an integral part of our amazing and super exciting internal culture-building.
4. Take part in public charity campaign planning and execution.
5. Tackle other tasks aimed at maintaining our company’s communication goals and public image.

1. Writes interesting, creative, and grammatically correct texts in Latvian (native) and English.
2. Is eager to learn more about the fintech industry and related topics.
3. Has at least 2 years of experience in communications, preferably with at least 1 year in an agency.
4. Knows social media content creation—what works, what doesn’t, best practices, and data.
5. Ideally has experience with video content creation and knows their way around TikTok.
6. Has experience collaborating with influencers.
7. Has lots of energy and enthusiasm, because I do—and we need to vibe together.
