The Head of Mergers and Acquisitions will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic M&A opportunities to enhance our company's growth and operational capabilities. 

• Identify and assess potential acquisition targets that align with Sun Finance strategic objectives and growth plans
• Conduct comprehensive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to evaluate potential M&A opportunities
• Develop detailed financial models and valuations to support decision-making processes
• Lead negotiations and manage the transaction process, collaborating with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure successful execution
• Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership to provide insights and recommendations regarding potential mergers and acquisitions
• Build and maintain relationships with investment banks, financial advisors, and other industry stakeholders
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the fintech sector

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, or corporate finance, particularly within the fintech industry
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for the fintech industry and a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities

• Salary range 3000-4500 EUR gross depending on work experience, education, and skills. Additionally, a bonus scheme will be provided based on successful transactions
