Job mission

Own product pipeline, manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate all scrum/agile ceremonies, have an understanding of the product on a behalf of deep analytical and strategic skills. Be a leader in maximizing the value of our products.


  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile/Scrum development team and stakeholders
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
  • Build product ownership artifacts to maximize visibility across the board
  • Define and shape the requirements based on business needs and technical possibilities on our side
  • Write and maintain internal documentation
  • Ensure frequent delivery and that the backlog is in place, escalate all possible risks and issues
  • Manage the backlog and delivery priorities


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or other relevant disciplines
  • 2+ years previous working experience as a Product Owner
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum process and principles 
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and strategic thinking skills
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English language skills, Russian language would be as an advantage
  • Excellent ability to visualize product specifications and attention to details
  • Desire to understand the business and end consumer needs, evaluating product progress and possible improvement of it
