Manage and optimize paid search campaigns to drive traffic, boost conversions, and maximize ROI. Work closely with teams to align strategies with business goals and ensure continuous campaign improvement.

• Launch and optimize various Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
• Write attractive and concise copy for adverts
• Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels

• Proven experience as a PPC specialist (at least 2 year experience)
• Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads platform
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Analytical thinking with strong math skills
• Strong command of Latvian and English language, both written and spoken
