Be the main finance person in charge of one of our operating regions by overseeing company and product-level financial results, managing finance-related processes and providing accurate reports in a timely manner.

• Oversee and control financial results on a company and product-level
• Cooperate with local finance teams in the responsible region, supervising their work and deliverables
• Manage the monthly closing process
• Prepare and distribute reports of financial performance to financial and operational stakeholders, banks and authorities in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy
• Participate in monthly management calls by playing a supporting role for country managers in finance related questions
• Involvement in Group external audit process
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and lead their implementation
• Establish and maintain appropriate policies, procedures and processes to ensure an effective control environment and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

• University degree in accounting, finance or business administration
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent experience in “Big 4”
• Knowledge of accounting and consolidation
• Ability to fit in dynamic work environment
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent MS Excel knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver results within deadlines
• Excellent Latvian and English language skills and Russian language will be considered an advantage
