About the Position:

The Sales Operations Manager serves as the primary operational bridge between the Business Development, Customer Success, Finance and Operations teams. The role ensures that customer commitments are translated into executable internal plans and that customers receive accurate, timely, and professional communication throughout the order lifecycle.

This position is responsible for coordinating customer order execution, tracking delivery progress, supporting customer demonstrations and events, monitoring invoice and payment status, and facilitating information flow between commercial and operational teams to ensure excellent customer experience and flawless execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own customer order execution, ensuring seamless coordination between Business Development, Planning, Production, Logistics, and Customer Success teams from order confirmation to final delivery.
  • Act as the bridge between Sales and Operations, translating customer requirements into actionable plans and ensuring all stakeholders have the information needed for successful execution.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers, providing regular updates on order status, delivery timelines, project milestones, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate customer demonstrations and related events (example - factory visits, and field events, etc.), ensuring all resources, documentation, and logistics are prepared on time.
  • Track invoicing and payment milestones, working closely with Finance and Business Development teams to monitor invoice status, support collections, and ensure accurate customer records.
  • Manage customer and sales documentation, maintaining contracts, purchase orders, quotations, delivery documents, customer records, and other commercial documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience coordinating customer orders, projects, or commercial operations (preferably in a manufacturing, technology, defence, or engineering-driven environment).
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, enabling effective collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business systems and tools, including ERP, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and document management platforms.
  • High attention to detail, ownership, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to identify issues early and drive solutions through to completion.
