Warehouse Operator

What You’ll Do:

  • Receive, label and store materials while ensuring accurate data entry in the ERP system.
  • Pick and issue materials while maintaining accurate inventory records in the ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate inventory balances.
  • Ensure full inventory traceability by serial number or batch.
  • Perform inventory counts and stock audits.
  • Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards.
  • Collect shipments from parcel lockers when required.
  • Transport materials and products between company warehouses (approximately 2 km apart) when required.

What We are Looking For:

  • At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
  • Experience working with warehouse management or ERP systems and maintaining inventory records.
  • Secondary education or higher.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Good Latvian language skills; English language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Category B driver's licence required; forklift certification and experience are considered an advantage.
