Origin Robotics - MRO Lead

What You’ll Do:

Create the MRO processes and structure
Communicate with customers regarding upcoming and existing repairs
Plan daily workflow of the MRO team
Inspect and troubleshoot unmanned aerial vehicles – identifying defects, diagnosing issues, and preparing repair estimates both in house and at customers site
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of UAV systems to ensure continuous operational readiness both in house and at customers site
Create and maintain maintenance-related documentation for UAV systems
Maintaining and repairing Flight Operations team equipment
Support flight operations and participate in related activities and events when required
Conduct post-repair flight tests to validate system performance and safety

Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or technical troubleshooting (aviation, electronics, or similar field)
Strong hands-on technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues
High level of attention to detail and responsibility for quality and safety
Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic environment
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
