Origin Robotics - Supply Chain / Order Coordinator

What You’ll Do:

Enter and maintain material orders and related data in our ERP system.
Check material availability and support the smooth fulfilment of orders.
Coordinate order execution together with our Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, and Customer teams.
Ensure that information in the ERP system is accurate and up to date.
Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Take part in process improvement initiatives and help us make our operations more efficient.

Previous experience working with an ERP system or other data systems. Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
Good MS Excel skills.
Good English skills.
The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Higher education or currently being in the final year of your studies.
