MRO Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an MRO Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and readiness of unmanned aerial vehicles and flight operations equipment. This role focuses on inspection, maintenance, repair, and testing of UAV systems, as well as supporting flight operations and maintaining accurate technical documentation.

• Inspecting and troubleshooting unmanned aerial vehicles - identifying defects, diagnosing issues, and preparing repair estimates
• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of UAV systems to ensure continuous operational readiness
• Conducting post-repair flight tests to validate system performance and safety
• Creating and maintaining maintenance-related documentation for UAV systems
• Maintaining and repairing Flight Operations team equipment
• Supporting flight operations and participating in related activities and events when required

• Previous experience in maintenance, repair, or technical troubleshooting (aviation, electronics, or similar field)
• Strong hands-on technical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues
• High level of attention to detail and responsibility for quality and safety
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
