SHORT DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our team and ensure a smooth technical onboarding experience for our clients. In this role, you will guide customers' technical teams through the integration process, coordinate across internal teams, provide technical consultation, and ensure integrations are delivered smoothly and on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide clients through the technical onboarding and integration process
  • Communicate with client’s technical teams, providing all necessary integration guidance and technical documentation
  • Explain frontend and backend integration flows, APIs, and platform functionality to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Manage multiple client integrations simultaneously while ensuring timely project delivery
  • Configure client environments and brands in the Back Office according to project requirements
  • Perform QA testing of completed integrations and verify compliance with integration requirements
  • Monitor the progress of integration activities and proactively follow up with all involved parties to ensure milestones are met
  • Provide technical consultation and support to Account Managers throughout the client lifecycle
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers and Software Developers during issue investigation, bug verification, and feature implementation
  • Investigate technical issues, analyze integration problems, and coordinate their resolution with internal teams and clients
  • Keep project information, task statuses, and technical documentation up to date in JIRA and other internal systems
  • Maintain expert knowledge of Betby's products, APIs, and integration processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ years of experience as an Integration Manager, Project Manager, Technical Support Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar client-facing role within the IT industry
  • Knowledge of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS.
  • Advanced Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation and API specifications
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with issue tracking systems such as JIRA
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving


NICE TO HAVE


  • Portuguese communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of sportsbook products 
  • Experience working in the iGaming industry
