The Site Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of specific sites ensuring that all key milestones, service level agreements, contractual compliance and budgets are tracked throughout the life stage of the project. Responsible for working with and managing external delivery partners on a day to day basis via a robust mechanism of reporting, issue & resolution management whilst positively representing the interests and reputation of Cenergist.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for all Health and Safety on site.
  • Undertake Environmental Assessment and Fire Risk Assessments for their sites and ensure it stays up to date
  • Overall responsibility for management of the of the site safety and security in the CDM areas to protect Children, Public, and Tenants, etc.
  • Overall responsibility for Waste Management and record keeping.
  • Ensure Visitors to site are inducted and aware of the Health & Safety Policy, ensure that they do not go on site if they are not accompanied by a Cenergist representative.
  • Overall responsibility for management of all contractors on site, working safely, review of RAMS, ensure correct control measures are in place, signing in/out, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • You will need to possess an SMSTS/CSCS
  • DBS Required (this can be arranged if you don't have one)
  • Preferably have recognised pipefitter/plumber etc. apprenticeship / trade certifications
  • Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office, Projects

This role is fully site based, some projects may require travel and overnight stays. Therefore, access to your own vehicle and a clean UK driving licence is a requirement for this role.
