This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career with Cenergist as an Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer. You'll join a dedicated team working on a major upgrade to the heat network at Lancaster West Estate. In this role, you'll play a key part in building and maintaining strong relationships between residents and our project team, ensuring smooth communication and a positive experience throughout the works.
Resident Liaison Officers are essential to the success of our projects, and we’ll support your development every step of the way. Alongside your role, you'll complete a Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Customer Service, combining hands-on experience with formal learning.
Please note: This apprenticeship is only open to residents of Kensington & Chelsea. Applications from outside this borough will not be considered
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Build and maintain relationships with residents throughout the project
- Schedule appointments for plumbing and installation visits
- Communicate clearly with residents before, during, and after works take place
- Handle and log any complaints, ensuring timely and professional resolution
- Assist the Senior Resident Liaison Officer with day-to-day responsibilities
- Keep resident records accurate and up to date, ensuring full GDPR compliance

ABOUT YOU
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
