Our work in the UK involves partnering with leading water companies and local authorities to reduce residential water consumption, improving over 20,000 homes each year. Our patented ‘Control Flow’ water efficiency technology is widely used by our clients. Additionally, we manage water efficiency projects in Care Homes, Student Accommodation, Leisure Centres, and Hotels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and project wide audit and installation targets.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at every visit.
  • Assess homes and fit the most suitable water saving devices based on customer needs and property requirements.
  • Provide tailored water efficiency advice and promote behavioural changes to help customers reduce water usage.
  • Carry out Home Water MOTs, including taking meter readings, measuring flow rates, and identifying issues such as lead piping, dripping taps, leaking showers, and faulty toilets.
  • Repair minor internal leaks where appropriate, within the scope of training.
  • Ensure all relevant post installation information is left with the customer clearly and accurately.
  • Work efficiently using the project specific CRM system to log completed jobs and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage your own schedule and diary to meet appointment and installation commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Plumbing Supervisor to uphold high standards and resolve any site issues.
  • Ensure all possible and approved water-saving devices are installed in each customer’s home.

What You'll Need

  • A full UK driving licence (Company van & fuel card provided)
  • A clear and valid DBS check. (We can supply if you don't already have this).
  • Plumbing experience (preferred), with the ability to carry out minor internal repairs.
  • EUSR Water Hygiene certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain it.
  • Confidence in customer facing environments with strong communication skills.
  • The ability to work efficiently, accurately, and meet performance targets under pressure.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including coordination with subcontracted plumbers when needed.
