SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

System Administrator

AGCSOFT is looking for a System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage our software, hardware and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

Salary: 1700-2500 EUR GROSS

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows OS management, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging. 
• Proficiency in macOS management, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging. 
• Understanding of network OSI model. 
• Previous experience in IT technical support role. 
• Knowledge of information security principles and data protection.

GOOD TO HAVE: 

• Previous experience with Atlassian product bundle. 
• Previous experience with Microsoft Azure cloud. 
• Previous experience with Microsoft Active Directory. 
• Previous experience with MikroTik hardware operation. 
• Previous experience with HPE Aruba hardware operation.

• Perform user IT technical support on daily basis. 
• Perform user access management on daily basis. 
• Collaboration with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems and processes.
