The first large-scale recruitment program exclusively for GenZ who want to become a Product Marketing Manager. Our fast track training program will provide you with the expertise in product research, target audience analysis, copywriting and content strategy to generate the most effective digital/ product marketing content, including social media ad content and product descriptions. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with our in-house teams (Graphics, Video, Performance Marketing, etc.) to make your ideas become reality, bringing added value to the customer and our business.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Education Background:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism & Communications, Linguistics, or related fields.
  • Graduated from top-tier universities in the field. Preference for candidates from FTU, NEU, Diplomatic Academy, Academy of Journalism and Communication.
  • international university graduates are a plus.
  • Strong academic performance (GPA > 3.0).


Work experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital/ product content marketing
  • Track record of digital/ product content creation
  • Experience in e-commerce/ facebook ads/ email marketing or as a retail/ e-commerce shop owner is a plus


Skills:

  • Copywriting in English/ graphic design briefing/ video briefing skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Research, task management and collaboration skills
  • Aptitude for turning data into actionable insights

WHAT WILL YOU DO

Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify product-market fit, leveraging data analysis and information-gathering skills to understand market trends, customer behavior, and product opportunities.


Content Strategy and Planning

  • Be the market guru, identifying US customer trends, consumer preferences, and competitor move
  • Mastermind go-to-market digital/ product marketing strategy for selected products that keeps engagement high and conversions rolling in


Content Creation and Distribution

  • Oversee the production of top-tier content, from viral video creatives to jaw-dropping websites
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital/ product marketing, implementing innovative strategies to drive results


Analytics and Performance Optimization

  • Keep a keen eye on digital content performance and metrics, optimizing for conversions
  • Utilize data insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize conversion rate


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Graphics and Video teams, and other creators to make visually impactful content
  • Collaborate with in-house teams to make sure selected product features meet industry quality standards; marketing collaterals align with market trends and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing team to track, analyze, and report on sales, advertising metrics and KPIs to measure marketing campaign effectiveness
