As a Performance Marketer, you will focus on the development and execution of high-impact advertising campaigns on one of the most promising social platforms: TikTok. Your role will focus on optimizing campaign performance, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and driving both customer acquisition and retention. We are looking for a performance marketer with a strong or proven track record of scaling growth and delivering measurable business results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage high budget ad campaigns (Up to Total $250,000/month) in US Market.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies specifically on TikTok to acquire customers and increase its long-term value, specifically in US market.
  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize advertising campaigns to meet performance goals.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
  • Refine targeting strategies based on audience insights and segmentation, specifically with US audience.
  • Always stay updated with industry trends, ok updates, and best practices to keep our marketing efforts competitive and innovative.
  • Experiment with ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign strategies to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
  • Provide ongoing performance reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


WHAT WILL YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.
  • Good analytical, synthesis and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.


Bonus:

  • Experience in performance marketing, with a focus on conversion-driven campaigns across Social media ad networks (Preferably TikTok or Meta, Google).
  • Experience in e-commerce business or agency-based marketing.
