Customer Communication:

• Daily communication with B2B clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Providing clear and understandable instructions for setting up and using platform products
• Primary processing and prioritization of incoming inquiries through service desk

Technical Settings:

• Assisting clients with setting up and integrating platform products
• Resolving technical issues and questions from clients related to product settings and usage
• Coordinating with the company's technical department to resolve complex technical issues and ensure quality customer support

Documentation Management:

• Creating and maintaining documentation on technical settings and usage instructions for clients
• Updating documentation according to changes in company products and services
• Providing clients with access to up-to-date documentation for self-resolution of issues

Demonstrations Conduct:

• Providing clients with information on platform releases
• Organizing and conducting demonstrations of platform products/features
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients on using technical features and settings of products
