Chief Operations Officer (COO) will manage and oversee the company's ongoing operations and procedures in Azerbaijan. This role requires a results-driven, hands-on person who can develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives
• Analyse and evaluate the performance of local operations, market development trends and perspectives, competitive situation, and potential activities of competitors
• Manage, control and ensure an on-going improvement of the functional areas and overall operational excellence
• Plan and forecast the operations volume, capacity and development in a dynamic environment, according to the set goals, the economic climate, and the market situation
• Report to HQ on performance of Operations and strategy execution progress on regular basis 

• Proven experience as a COO, Operations Director, or similar leadership role. Experience in strategic planning and business development
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent Russian and intermediate English language (both – written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a diverse team
• Flexible and capable of adapting to rapidly changing environments
• Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans
• Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards
• Ability to relocate to Baku (Azerbaijan)
