• Consult with hiring managers to understand and assess hiring needs
• Identify and engage with the best talent on the market
• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process (e.g. social platforms, professional networks, recruitment agencies and headhunting)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• On-board newcomers to ensure their pleasant experience during the first months on the job and throughout their employment
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
• Participate in HR related projects

• Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role at least 2 years
• Good knowledge of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection methods
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
• Latvian language and English language due to work with foreign countries
