• International Legal Expertise: Offer diverse and engaging legal support on a global scale.
• Multinational Task Management: Coordinate legal tasks and processes across various countries.
• High-Quality Drafting: Craft and review agreements, corporate governance documents, and policies, ensuring seamless implementation.
• Corporate Governance: Guide our global corporate governance efforts with precision and professionalism.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and legislation worldwide.

• Leadership: Lead local lawyers and teams towards excellence and shared goals.
• Partnership Building: Foster strategic relationships with country managers, HQ legal teams, and top-tier local and international law firms.
• Lifecycle Engagement: Contribute actively to all phases of the product lifecycle, collaborating with internal and external partners.
• Education & Experience: Higher education in law and at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Latvian and English (spoken and written).
• Core Skills: Exceptional analytical and communication abilities.
• Preferred Background: Experience in state or financial institutions, international companies, or law offices is a plus.

Competitive Salary
Gross salary range: 3500–4500 EUR (based on experience, education, and skills).
