JOB MISSION

As the Country Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing all aspects of our business operations within the country. This includes driving sales initiatives, overseeing operational efficiency, managing financial performance, formulating strategic plans, and fostering team leadership and development. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our business objectives and enhancing our market presence.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in alternative lending, non-bank financing, or as a lending intermediary, with a solid track record of driving growth in similar sectors.
  • Leadership Roles: Previous experience in senior positions such as Country Manager, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), or in Sales Leadership, managing teams and overseeing business development strategies.
  • Business Scaling: Ability to scale a business, showcasing creativity, persistence, and agility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capacity to think strategically and translate those strategies into actionable plans.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
  • Relocation Requirement: Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines.
