We’re seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide seamless support to our leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to stay one step ahead in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a critical role in managing executive priorities, coordinating key projects, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.

• Calendar Mastery: Manage complex schedules, aligning priorities and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, candidates, and partners
• Travel Coordination: Organize international and domestic travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodations, and conflict resolution
• Meeting Support: Schedule and manage business meetings, prepare presentation materials (e.g., slides and reports), and ensure all logistics are in place
• Action-Oriented Support: Attend meetings, manage agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through and alignment with business priorities
• Project Management: Provide operational support for high-visibility projects like board meetings, press events, and strategic initiatives
• Research and Presentation: Conduct in-depth research to support executive decision-making and prepare polished presentations or briefs
• Personal Assistance: Support personal commitments, including managing schedules, personal errands, and administrative needs
