Location: Riga or Barcelona


As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment strategy for our growing organization. Collaborating closely with the Executive and Tech Teams, you will take ownership of the hiring process, ensuring it is efficient, scalable, and tailored to the needs of our dynamic tech-driven business. 

 

In this role, you will lead by example, balancing hands-on recruitment with the responsibility of leading TA streams. You will focus on improving processes, implementing automation, and developing innovative sourcing techniques to secure top international talent for various roles in the sports betting and technology industries. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: 

 

  •  Personally manage a portfolio of 4-5 active roles, including high-priority and complex vacancies. 
  • Source top candidates using diverse platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub and more. 
  • Conduct initial interviews, coordinate technical or role-specific assessments, and manage candidate communication throughout the process. 

 

Process Improvement:

 

  • Design and implement efficient, candidate-focused hiring workflows to support business objectives. 
  • Introduce automation tools and strategies to streamline sourcing, screening, and reporting. 
  • Refine assessment formats to ensure accurate evaluation of technical and creative skill sets. 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

 

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align recruitment strategies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and hiring best practices. 

 

Employer Branding & Networking:

 

  •  Represent the company at events and in professional communities to strengthen our employer brand. 
  • Develop and maintain referral networks and talent pipelines to support future hiring needs. 

 

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

 

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and leverage insights to improve processes and outcomes. 
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date candidate database for future hiring initiatives. 

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • Tech Industry Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting for IT or technology-driven roles in international environments. 
  • Hands-On Recruitment Skills: At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, pre-screening, and managing candidate pipelines for niche and high-demand roles. 
  • Process Improvement: Experience in designing and refining recruitment workflows, candidate assessments, and leveraging ATS and systems for process automation. 
  • Language Proficiency: Business-fluent in English to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and candidates. Strong Russian language skills are a big plus.
  • Innovative Approach: Advanced skills in using social media, analytics, and online advertising to attract top talent, alongside knowledge of international sourcing platforms and channels. 
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor while maintaining a hands-on approach to recruitment.
