FINANCE MANAGER WITH A FOCUS ON AUTOMATION

We’re seeking a Finance Manager with expertise in automation of managerial reports and leading software migrations. Potentially the candidate might be leading the visualization of managerial reports, internal forecasting and ratio analysis.

• Re-organizing of current managerial reports, making them more structured and informative. 
• Lead a research of the most convenient ERP system with a possibility to consolidate finance results.
• Lead a migration from a current accounting software to a new ERP system.
• Automation of all possible processes of Finance team tasks, reducing team manual effort and increasing reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and implementation of BI tool that will be integrated with a new ERP system and can be used for visualization of finance results in real-time. Design and maintenance of all necessary for Finance team dashboards.
• Develop and implement team budgets and quarterly/yearly forecasts, including ratio analysis for instance YoY.
• Train and mentor Finance team members on finance automation best practices.
• Develop and maintain ad-hoc managerial reports to provide actionable insights for management, such as Unit Economics analyses for new products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, with 2+ years as a middle/senior Finance role.
• Proficiency in SQL / Python, with a proven track record of implementing automation within a finance context (to check this skill internal analyst team expertise will be used)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., MS Navision).
• Experience with financial data visualization, and BI tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
