REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager in a product company (experience in operational activities, project administration in Jira/Confluence, organizing work in Slack, incident management experience)
  • Solid understanding of SDLC processes (applicable to product companies)
  • Experience configuring Jira and Confluence products in companies with extensive development, numerous projects, and teams
  • Active support experience for internal users: consulting, understanding requirements for Jira/Confluence/Slack tools
  • Experience in setting up automation flows with complex interaction logic between projects in Jira
  • Knowledge and experience with Atlassian products - project types: Company-managed software, Jira Service Management, Jira Work Management, Team-managed business, Team-managed software
  • Experience and skills working with Queues in Jira Service Management projects
  • Strong knowledge and skills in Project settings in Jira - Issue Types, Layouts, Screens, Fields
  • Experience with Workflows in Jira. Configuration, support on current projects.
  • Experience in incident management in product companies (applicable to product and technical incidents in development and infrastructure)
  • Ability to facilitate communication between task stakeholders and development/testing teams, understanding the end result of tasks executed, and ensuring tasks are completed

TECHNOLOGY STACK

  • 0perational stacks: strong knowledge of Jira Cloud and various plugins (capacity tracker, automated work log, time in status, shared dashboard viewer, etc.), strong knowledge and configuration of Confluence, Slack management (workflows)
  • Additional benefits: various applications of business process automation (n8n etc.), AI integration tools, basic CI/CD knowledge


RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Configuration of projects, tasks, schemes, processes, statuses for internal Betby clients in Jira/Confluence
  • Configuration of dashboards, boards, reports in Jira/Confluence
  • Creation and configuration of spaces in Jira/Confluence
  • Selection and installation of plugins in Jira/Confluence
  • Creation, configuration, and maintenance of automation flows in Jira
  • Work with various Project settings in Jira - Issue Types, Layouts, Screens, Fields, Workflows, etc.
  • Implementation of various plugins and business process automation tools
  • Creation of reports on technical and product incidents in the company, informing interested stakeholders
  • Proposals to improve current incident management flow and monitoring their implementation
  • Creation of different workflows in Slack to enhance communication within channels, including incident management needs
