Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm)


Salary: £25,00000 - £32,000.00 per annum


Purpose of the job

The Property Administrator is responsible for supporting the department with a variety of administrative duties.

 

Reporting to the Property Coordinator and working directly for the Property team, the Property Administrator provides help and support where required. This includes but is not limited to compiling reports, liaising with Landlords, issuing tenancy agreements and reviewing licenses. 




Duties and Responsibilities

Procedures

  • Administration of the property department, ensuring all records are maintained in line with company procedure
  • Liaising with procurement officers and landlords to ensure new properties are compliant and properly updated on the system
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure all Local Authority notices received are dealt with in the prescribed manner
  • Ensure property handover & sign off processes and procedures are followed
  • Issuing of tenancy agreements and other documentation to landlords and agents
  • Ensure CRH portfolio is fully compliant with Local Authority, UKVI all other regulatory body legislation.
  • To provide administration cover when necessary to include daily updates of the system.
  • Perform regular checks of all Local Authority Licensing regulations and inform necessary persons within CRH of any changes
  • Ensure termination database is kept up to date
  • Answering daily telephone calls, emails and daily enquiries from housing officers or landlords
  • Ensure values, ethical standards, policies and procedures are met.
  • Manage and report on performance targets and KPI’s to ensure the contract is being delivered to company and Authority standards as well as legislative requirements.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and sharing of best practice across the supply chain to optimise service delivery and business excellence
  • Engender a positive health and safety culture to agreed standard

  • Collaborate with others, attending meetings as required
  • Supporting team members and provide on-the-job training
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager
