EACH Counselling and Support is a growing organisation, with 50+ staff and volunteers, and presence in 10 London Boroughs. We provide a wide range of services (therapeutic and non-therapeutic) around our core strands of Mental Health, Domestic Abuse and Substance Misuse. 

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. This is a senior clinical leadership role responsible for clinical governance, safeguarding, supervision, training and practice development across EACH’s counselling and client-facing services.

Job Title:        Development Worker

Salary:            £33,000 - £36,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

Hours:            37.5 hours per week

Duration:       This post is permanent (subject to performance and continued funding).

Location:       EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH’s locations and footpaths.

·        A strong track record of grant and tender writing

·        Excellent knowledge of fundraising practice and various approaches in the voluntary sector/charities

·        A proven track record in securing income grant and/or contract income of £100,000k plus per annum

·        Experience of successful bids and/or grant writing in the UK for funding for organisations or services within a health and social care or voluntary sector/charity setting

·        Exceptional writing and verbal communication and engagement skills with strong attention to detail and relationship building
