Description

EACH Counselling and Support is a growing organisation, with 50+ staff and volunteers, and presence in 10 London Boroughs. We provide a wide range of services (therapeutic and non-therapeutic) around our core strands of Mental Health, Domestic Abuse and Substance Misuse. 

 

EACH is a specialist charity supporting individuals, families and communities affected by mental health, domestic abuse, alcohol and substance misuse. We are expanding our team and are recruiting talented, values-led people who want to help strengthen services and improve outcomes for the diverse communities we serve.

 

This is a senior leadership role providing strategic and operational oversight of EACH’s services, quality systems and performance.

Job Title:        Head of Services and Quality

 

Salary:           £52,000 - £58,000 per annum (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

 

Hours:           37.5 hours per week

 

Duration:      This post is permanent (subject to performance and continued funding).

 

Location:      EACH Head Office, Ealing, with requirement to work across sites Remote working may be necessary and will be required to work from any of EACH’s locations and footpaths.

You will Have


·        Substantial experience of leading services and managers


·        Quality assurance


·        Operational planning


·        Risk management


·        Partnership working within a charity, health, social care or related environment


You will need:

· Track record of operational and service leadership and/or management experience within the voluntary/charity, health, social care or public sector


· Relevant leadership or management qualification minimum Level 5 or equivalent substantial experience


·  Experience of managing services or teams and providing line management, supervision and support


· Demonstrable experience of quality assurance and/or service improvements that improve outcomes and impact


·   Experience of working constructively with colleagues, funders, commissioners, local partnerships and other stakeholders
