We are looking for a Sales Process Efficiency Manager to streamline operations, enhance agent productivity, and drive automation adoption across all Eleving Europe markets, supervising markets from our HQ. This role ensures that sales agents and customer support teams work efficiently by optimizing workflows, standardizing best practices, and integrating automation tools. This position takes a holistic approach to improving sales & customer-facing team efficiency across all markets.

You will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and working cross-functionally with commercial team (Sales, Partnerships & Business Development, Customer Success, Product Designs, AI), as well as IT, country Sales and Customer Service teams.

YOUR MAIN GOALS WILL BE

Process optimization & standardization

  • Ensure new products, processes, or regulatory changes are efficiently implemented for agents.
  • Develop standardized playbooks, performance benchmarks, and training materials for agent workflows.
  • Work with Sales leadership to align local teams on best practices that maximize efficiency.

Automation & AI-driven efficiency gains

  • Collaborate with AI, Credit Risk and Data Science to automate repetitive agent tasks, reducing manual work.
  • Improve underwriting workflows (faster decisions, less back-and-forth).
  • Eliminate reliance on manual processes in underwriting & customer service.

Driving sales & retention productivity

  • Ensure agents focus on high-impact tasks (e.g., sales & retention) rather than admin work.
  • Optimize CRM & task management tools to improve agent response time & efficiency.
  • Work on Application & Agreement lifecycle, Retention, and Customer onboarding task CRM modules to streamline operations.

Training & adoption of best practices

  • Organize training on best practices for agent performance across markets.
  • Provide clear documentation & onboarding materials when new processes are introduced.
  • Support change management efforts when introducing automation tools.

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3+ years in process optimization, operations management, or efficiency roles in sales, lending, or fintech.
  • Experience in workflow automation, CRM optimization, and agent productivity tools.
  • Strong project management & change management skills to drive process adoption.
  • Ability to standardize processes across multiple countries and ensure execution consistency.
  • Experience working with automation teams to eliminate manual inefficiencies.
  • Data-driven mindset – ability to analyse performance data & optimize processes accordingly.
