We are looking for a data-driven, high-impact Customer Journey Manager to lead new loan originations and drive profitable sales growth across all Eleving Europe markets, supervising markets from our HQ. This role is responsible for optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, increasing conversion rates, and ensuring risk-adjusted profitability. You will own the entire loan application lifecycle – from the moment lead enters our sales channels to loan issuance.
You will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and working cross-functionally with commercial team (Repeated Sales, Partnerships & Business Development, Customer Success, Process Efficiency, Product Designs, AI), as well as Credit Risk, Data Science, IT, Marketing and country Sales teams.
