Help grow our partner generated sales and ensure smooth partner and customer experience!

We are looking for a high-impact Partnerships & Business Development Manager to drive our car portal sales and partner-driven financing across all Eleving Europe markets, supervising markets from our HQ. This role will be responsible for expanding indirect sales through car dealerships, aggregators, fintech partners, and alternative distribution channels (e.g., brokerage platforms, e-commerce, embedded finance).

You will be reporting to Chief Commercial Officer and working cross-functionally with commercial team (sales, customer success, process efficiency, product designs, AI), as well as credit risk, IT, marketing and country sales and partner account management teams.

If you are experienced in scaling partnerships, optimizing indirect sales, and building high-performance partner ecosystems, this role is for you.

 

YOUR MAIN GOALS WILL BE:

Driving growth in partner-driven sales

  • Execute the car portal & partner portal growth strategy across markets.
  • Expand the partner network – grow car dealers, fintech aggregators, e-commerce financing, and similar channels.
  • Accelerate partner onboarding by working with Product Designers & IT to create a seamless digital experience.

Partner relationship & performance optimization

  • Develop strong relationships with car portals, dealers, fintech partners, and alternative sales channels.
  • Track partner-driven sales performance and implement incentives & retention programs to drive volume.
  • Optimize the partners portal to track engagement & performance metrics.
  • Reduce time-to-loan for partner-driven financing by streamlining approval workflows.

Monetization & revenue growth from partnerships

  • Work with Commercial, Risks and Finance teams to optimize partnership commissions & unlock new monetization opportunities.
  • Implement embedded finance models (e.g., installment financing in e-commerce).
  • Work with Marketing on referral programs & co-branded campaigns to expand reach.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Risk teams to ensure partner-driven sales are not just high volume, but profitable.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales – preferably in fintech, lending, insurance, or auto financing.
  • Proven experience scaling partner-driven sales models & indirect distribution channels.
  • Strong commercial mindset – ability to balance partner incentives, monetization, and risk-adjusted profitability.
  • Ability to work with UX and IT teams to build seamless partner onboarding & digital integration.
  • Experience in negotiating & structuring partnerships with car dealers, aggregators, and fintech platforms.
  • Analytical mindset – ability to track performance data and optimize partner programs accordingly.
