Graphic Designer

Spinwise is hiring Graphic Designers at all levels. Your focus will be on creating and analyzing ads, crafting visual solutions for emails and promos, and transforming game assets into stunning designs. • Work on a wide range of projects and media to provide advertising and retention materials
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with our marketing team to meet deadlines and cost-per-acquisition goals
• Proposing hypotheses, carrying out A/B tests, and cataloging the findings and solutions

• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive in providing solutions/improvements
• Analytical mindset aimed at improving advertising and retention materials, and graphics design workflows
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects
• Proactivity in analyzing trends when creating marketing materials

• Experience with A/B advertisement testing
• Any additional 2D / 3D skillset is considered as a plus
