The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Provide product copy and functionality notes for wireframes with UX designers
- Review completed copy and contextual information in mockups with UI designers
- Partner with UX designers and researchers to collect user feedback and conduct tests to optimise product content
- Focus on written product content and organise content guidelines into a clear and understandable format
- Analyse existing content, focusing on reuse opportunities and value for the audience
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reference guidelines, standards, and workflows
- Creating information architecture
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- A strong portfolio of written work that shows business impact and results
- Some familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and Lean Startup
- UX design background
- Proficiency (verbal/written) in English and Estonian. Finnish is considered major plus
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping in Figma
- Familiarity with maintaining an online documentation repository using either a Content Management System or a static website generator and hosting
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is considered a plus
