UX Researcher

As an UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding user behavior, needs, and preferences. Your insights and findings will directly impact our product design and development process. This position requires expertise in user research and proficiency in utilizing various tools and methodologies.

• Identify and prioritize research questions based on business goals and user needs
• Collect and analyze user feedback and data to identify user pain points and areas of improvement
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their expectations and requirements
• Understand the relationship between product and business metrics and how they would impact research planning and methodology
• Work closely with the lead researcher to create product journeys, analyze, and synthesize data
• Create wireframes based on potential solutions

• A portfolio showcasing past UX research projects and outcomes is highly desirable
• Demonstrate expertise in planning, executing, and analyzing user research studies using methods such as usability testing, interviews, surveys, and analytics
• Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in creating wireframes using Figma
• Familiarity with the Dovetail research application is a plus
• Possess knowledge in user psychology and usability heuristics
