Spinwise is on the hunt for a Customer Support Representative in Riga, Latvia. Are you ready to embark on an adventure in one of the most exciting and vibrant companies in the world of iGaming? Then it’s time to show up and show out!

Your main responsibilities including but not limited to

  • Diving into conversations with customers through chat and email channels in a prompt and friendly manner
  • Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information
  • Investigating customer issues and resolving them with blazing efficiency

Our requirements

  • Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts: 09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00; 01:00-09:00.
  • Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented nature
  • Experience in the Customer Support position would be an advantage

Bonus skills

  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and support tools (Zendesk, Jira, knowledge bases)
  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Communication and logical reasoning skills
  • Goal-setting, multitasking and troubleshooting
  • Ability to concentrate under pressure
  • Teamwork mentality
