The main responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Engaging promptly and in a friendly manner with customers through chat and email channels
- Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information
- Investigating and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
Requirements
- Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English at a B2 level
- Willingness and ability to work in all the following shifts: 09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00; 01:00-09:00
- Detail-oriented nature
- Experience in a Customer Support or Care role is advantageous, but not essential
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
Desired skills
- Knowledge of the iGaming industry
- Proficiency in Estonian is desirable, however, candidates without it will also be considered
- Strong communication skills paired with logical and analytical thinking
- Goal-setting, multitasking, and excellent time-management
- Ability to focus under pressure
- Teamwork mentality
