The main responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Engaging promptly and in a friendly manner with customers through chat and email channels
  • Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently

Requirements

  • Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English at a B2 level
  • Willingness and ability to work in all the following shifts: 09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00; 01:00-09:00
  • Detail-oriented nature
  • Experience in a Customer Support or Care role is advantageous, but not essential
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn


Desired skills

  • Knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Proficiency in Estonian is desirable, however, candidates without it will also be considered
  • Strong communication skills paired with logical and analytical thinking
  • Goal-setting, multitasking, and excellent time-management
  • Ability to focus under pressure
  • Teamwork mentality
