Role & Responsibilities

Barrows is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with previous experience in a marketing agency or a similarly fast-paced creative environment. This role will support our three (3) executive leaders in daily operations, client coordination, internal communication, and time management—ensuring smooth workflows and enhancing executive productivity.


In addition to bringing a killer attitude and energy, this individual must be able to:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and/or executive team.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive team and clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Support marketing-related tasks such as campaign tracking, project scheduling, and status reporting.’
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and meeting materials.
  • Help manage internal communications and company announcements.
  • Organize team meetings, events, and off-site retreats.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups for executive tasks and projects.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 1 year in a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • High proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing processes, terminology, and agency workflows is a strong plus.


Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is *$60,000 to $80,000

*exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
