Role & Responsibilites

Barrows is seeking a dynamic Project Manager who is passionate about delivering with excellence. This is a pivotal role that helps bring shopper marketing campaigns to life by ensuring that projects run smoothly from brief to delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about keeping things moving on time, on budget, and with excellence.  You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating across teams, and keeping stakeholders aligned to deliver high-impact marketing work for leading global brands. Working closely with creative, production, and client service teams, you’ll help streamline execution, remove roadblocks, and drive day-to-day progress across multiple workstreams.


In addition to bringing a killer attitude and energy, this individual must be able to:


  • Manage day-to-day project timelines and deliverables across shopper marketing campaigns and creative initiatives.
  • Facilitate clear communication and coordination between internal teams (creative, strategy, production, client service).
  • Ensure briefs are understood and resourced appropriately, escalating issues or risks proactively.
  • Track project progress, milestones, and dependencies, updating stakeholders regularly.
  • Support the development and improvement of processes and workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Assist in resourcing conversations, helping to balance workloads and timelines across teams.
  • Help foster a collaborative, accountable, and fast-moving team culture.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management preferably within a creative agency or similar environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities and timelines.
  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in the office 4 days a week.


Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $66,000 to $105,000*

*exact compensation will be determined based on individual experience
